On October the 26th, SPFX Kids was invited to participate in a live demo in conjunction with a Halloween event at the Pro Make up Supply Store Blur MakeUp Room..During this live Instagram video two of our alumni Lilah and Charlotte did rotting zombie skin, colours of decay and they even stuck on teeth individually using fake nails. We used Fleet Street Dirt Works to dirty up the gauze and we made maggots using one of my favourite products in the world Dermaflage – at one point the create of this magic product tuned in to watch the kids do their SPFX demo. We love bringing young people in to the wonderful world of special effects make up. The industry is massive and all of our instructors are so connected, therefore opportunities like these come up for our campers. Thank you to everyone involved especially our model Claire.
